SEIP Project Manager
The SEIP Project Team is a dedicated group of professionals committed to promoting sustainable economic inclusion and empowerment. Our work focuses on creating pathways that enable individuals and communities to thrive through practical and impactful solutions.
We specialize in designing and implementing strategic initiatives that strengthen skills development, expand employment opportunities, and build the capacity of both individuals and businesses, ensuring long-term growth and resilience
the Project’s main objective is to support the TVET sub-sector through infrastructure development, sub-sector coordination, and institutional and sub-sector governance capacity building and entrepreneurship skills development. This is expected to increase capacity, improve quality, and build a pool of skilled workforce and entrepreneurs especially amongst the youth. The Project will also equip trainees with skills in climate resilient relevant fields to enhance climate resilience and contribute to low carbon emission and to green growth.
The Project will adopt a strong demand driven approach to boost both self and wage employment of the labour force by developing strong partnerships with the industry and the private sector. Emphasis with private sector will include curriculum development, industrial attachment, sponsorship etc. The Project will also support the integration of entrepreneurship in all courses offered to enhance further self-employment
